Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At BAGRNM AUTOFINE PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
Products such as innerwear, accessories, and items purchased under clearance or special discounts are non-returnable unless received damaged.

To initiate a return:

Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return pickup address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a product is returned not in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing them or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel your order, email us at [bagrnm02@gmail.com] with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will arrange a free return pickup and ship the replacement at no additional cost.
